NEWCASTLE’S FIRST SINGLE MALT WHISKY.

Named after our master distiller’s late grandfather, best friend and mentor, Victor Hingston Moy.

This lightly peated Whiskey was produced using locally sourced rain water and blend of Australian grown Voyager Craft Malt and imported peat-smoked malt from Scotland. Aged in 100-litre port barrels sourced from Seppeltsfield, Barossa Valley, South Australia. Newcastle’s unique climate variations give this Single Malt Whisky unique characteristics and perfect level of ageing.

Aroma: Subtle and smooth with hints of oak, smoke and toffee.

Taste: Young peaches, fresh strawberries, with the toffee sweetness and a hit of smoke on the finish.
