From one prolific plum tree nestled in the New South Wales Snowy Mountains property, we eagerly hand picked 220kg of lush, fresh blood plums. They were so sweet, plump and aromatic.
Allowed to ferment for 3 months in the fruit's wild yeast, the double distilled before ageing in an american oak barrel for 3 years.
This rich full flavoured spirit uplifts with a stunning aroma of mountain grown plums.
